RM-1515T is a simple type CNC plasma table, suitable to handle large metal sheets. Its features include:

1. RM-1515T plasma table comes assembled with a heavy steel frame, robust, easy to use and long life.

2. 5 ft × 5 ft effective cutting area and 1103 lbs. load capacity, make RM-1515T meet most of the customers’ cutting requirements.

3. An automatic torch height control system is standard on RM-1515T, the torch will rise or lower in real time while cutting if the material is uneven or puckers under the heat of the torch. This will keep RM-1515T performing well when cutting uneven material.

4. Industrial-grade stepper motors control the X/Y/Z axes for fast, reliable torch movement.

5. Fully enclosed wires and electronics prevent snags and tangles.

6. RM-1515T can be programmed to cut any plane shape parts composed of beeline and arc. There are two ways to program on this machcine:

a. For simple graphics, users can choose required graphic from 45 cutting path settings in the CNC system and change parameters according to the size of the grapics.

b. For complex graphics, users can draw graphics in CAD software and convert the .dwg files in the nesting software comes with the machine, then import the converted files into the machine by U disk.

Tips:

1. Plasma cutter and plasma torch are not included in the package, customers can choose plasma cutter and plasma torch according to their needs.

2. User should better choose mechanized plasma cutter for RM-1515T. Handheld plasma cutter cannot be directly used with RM-1515T.
