General Information:

Hirono’s PCD saw blades offer a premium option for wood cutting, and fiber cement cutting work.  The plate of the saw blade is made of SKS5 or SKS51 which is imported from Japan.  Powered by hirono’s unique tension technology, saw blades possess unparallel stability while working, tremendously preventing unnecessary oscillation and body distortion.

PCD Tip:

Unique shape and angle design of PCD teeth will lead a much better cutting result.  PCD teeth with a special chip design offer up to 50 times the working life than standard tungsten carbide teeth.  High-grade PCD, Element Six®, processed by the most advanced electrical discharge machine (Enokida’s EDM) determines highly accurate teeth angle（much less deviation) to cater for a specific working condition.

Body plate:

is made of SKS steel imported from Japan. The high-quality steel guarantees strength and hardness.  The cutting work will be much easier and stable if you’re using Hirono’s saw blades. Special tension treatment makes the body flat.

With colophony inside, it can reduce the vibration and noise.
