General Information:
Hirono’s PCD sawblades offer premium wood cutting and fiber cement cutting performance. The plate of the sawblade is made of SKS5 or SKS51 which is made in Japan. Powered by hirono’s unique tension technology, the sawblades possess unparallel stability while preventing unnecessary oscillation and body distortion.
PCD Tip:
The unique shape and design of PCD teeth allow for high precision cutting. PCD teeth with special chip design offer up to 50 times the working life of standard tungsten carbide teeth. High-grade PCD, Element Six®, processed by the most advanced electrical discharge machine (Enokida’s EDM) determines accurate teeth angle(much less deviation) to cater to a specific working condition.
Body plate:
is SKS steel imported from Japan. The high-quality steel guarantees strength and hardness. The cutting work will be much easier and stable if you’re using Hirono’s saw blades.Special tension treatment makes the body flat.
