Functions
This machine can make crease and perforation.
For paper thickness above 150 gsm, we suggest that users crease the paper first to
avoid cracking of paper on the folding line.
Features
1. Easy Change of Knife Bar & Pad
This digital creaser has creasing and perforating functions when a different
knife bar set is installed in the machine.
To change to a different knife bar set, simply pull out the original knife set from
the blade gate and insert the other set pulled out from the right side of the machine.
2. Operation Panel
The operation panel has an LCD display and a keypad. This is where operators enter
their jobs and store them.
3. Exit Rollers With Optional Dies
The shafts at the paper exit can load a few optional rotary die sets.
Three kinds of rotary die sets can be chosen which are creasing, perforating, and slitting die sets.
This way a piece of paper can be creased and perforated in a single pass.
4. Adjustable Creasing Depth
Three depth adjusting screws can be found when the top cover is opened.
Indention depth can be adjusted according to different paper types and thicknesses.
