Product characteristics
1 . The design parameters of refrigeration and air system have been accurately calculated by experts, leaving a margin of more than 20%.
2 . The refrigeration compressor adopts the international advanced rotary or scroll type, piston type fully enclosed refrigeration compressor and semi-enclosed screw type refrigeration compressor (over 30HP). It has stable operation, low noise, reliable performance, long power-saving life and high energy efficiency ratio. The protection level is IP54 (dust and splash prevention).
3 . High quality copper tube with pure aluminium fin or stainless steel plate heat exchanger is selected for heat exchanger and air condenser. The heat transfer efficiency of the spoiler structure is high, the volume is small and the structure is compact. Stainless steel or carbon steel galvanized cylinder material can avoid secondary pollution of compressed air.
4 . Refrigeration control components are all made of Danish Danfoss (DANFOSS) and American SPORLAN (SPORLAN), Emerson (EMERSON) refrigeration components. They have excellent performance, throttling and pressure reducing function of thermal expansion valve, energy regulating function of hot gas bypass valve, over-current, over-load, high and low pressure protection of refrigerant and other functions.
5 . The gas-liquid separator adopts the organic combination of cyclone separation and stainless steel wire mesh fog trapping, which has complete gas-liquid separation effect, avoids secondary evaporation of water, and ensures the drying effect of the dryer. It has better performance than cyclone separator, lower cost than filter gas-liquid separator, and higher performance-price ratio.
6 . Water condenser is a high-quality copper tube with low fins, slow flow, multi-stroke, high heat transfer efficiency, long-term use is not suitable for scaling.
Automatic drainage device is set on demand, water removal plus energy saving, the effect is good; floating ball type, electronic timing is optional.
7 . External rotor cooling fan, large air volume, low noise, frequent start-stop and long life.
8 . Pressure-bearing parts are manufactured, tested and accepted according to GB150-1998 Steel Pressure Vessels and GB151-1999 Tube and Shell Heat Exchangers, and are subject to the supervision of "Technical Supervision Regulations for Pressure Vessel Safety".
9 . Equipment structure design is reasonable, easy to maintain; surface thermal spraying plastic, beautiful appearance, no rust; no basic installation, smooth operation, no vibration, low maintenance rate, no consumables, low operating costs, continuous operation without waiting.
