1. All-in-one aluminum plate heat exchanger

KDL series refrigeration air dryer is adopted with all-in-one aluminum plate heat exchanger. The air-to-air heat exchanger,air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger (evaporator) and demister separator are housed in one aluminum module. It pre-cools the incoming air using the cold air exiting the refrigerant section. It then final cools the air in the refrigerant section at which point the air stream enters a separation chamber to allow the condensed moisture to fall out. Since the air is reheated in the regeneration section, the final humidity remains below 25%.

2. Eco-friendly refrigerant compressor 

Each KDL air dryer is equipped with R410a refrigerant compressor. Scroll compressor offering energy savings of 20 -30% when compared with piston compressors. The ability to tolerate liquid returns coupled with 50% less moving parts render them nearly indestructible and highly reliable.

3. Hot-gas by-pass valve

Each model of KDL air dryer is installed with hot-gas by-pass valve which prevents the freezing inside the evaporator at any load condition. The valve is set during final test and no further adjustments are necessary.

4. Electrical control panel 

On/Off switch, Power On light,compressor run light and Refrigerant Suction gauge are standard on all refrigerated air dryers.Analog gauges can be added in any combination to monitor inlet and outlet pressure and inlet and outlet air temperature. Digital dew point controller is optional for 150F and above.

5. Electrical timed condensate drain 

All models are fitted with a timed electronic drain,discharge and pause times are adjustable.

6. Heavy duty fan 

Heavy duty fan with motor is equipped on each of the air dryer, the fan has large air flow, low noise,long lifetime and less maintance required
