Pressure swing adsorption technology is applied on the N2 generator. We utilise the air as raw material, and adopt the highquality adsorbent for N2 generator. Under certain pressure, the adsorptionability of the adsorbent to adsorb O2 is much higher than that of N2. The pneumatic valves arecontrolled by PLC, to control the working mode of the two adsorption tanks: adsorption startswhile pressure increasing, regeneration starts  while pressure decreasing. In this case,the O2 and N2 are separated from the compressed air, the required puried N2 is obtained.
