Easy installation and operation

Stainless steel Heat Exchanger in three-in-onestructure and it makes the separation according to the fluid flow properties without adding screen, which avoid the possible blocks and ensures the high efficiency in heat transfer;
The high efficiency and reliability of the heat exchanger ensures the stable dew point temperature;
The unit is equipped with low-pressure protection, which prevent the compressor from damage that may be caused by the refrigeration system low pressure or leakage; At the same time, the refrigeration compressor is equipped with an external heat overload module as aprotection;
The throttling device used is a pressure expansion valve, which can be more accurate than traditional capillary structure, control the cooling capacity as per the system load to achieve the best effect. This structure performs better than traditional way if the load fluctuated a lot;
The combination of High-performance Cooling Fan and Condenser with hydrophilic sheet, which can effectively prevent dust staying on the heat exchanger, extending the service life of heat exchanger. The excellent heat transfer performance ensures the stable operation of the compressor;
The dew-point is indicated by 3 colors to show directly the dew-point temperature status; Please note the indicator in blue and green zone means the dryer delivers effective dew point temp.; indicator in red zone indicates that dew-point effect is not good;
Easy operation; Start the unit by one click just after the electrical wiring completed. Electronic drainage used is controlled by programmed time interval which can be set as per required;
Connecting wire accordingly with the electrical leading-out line directly, users don’t need to open the unit for internal wiring purposes. The drainage system is equipped with an external nozzle, directly connected with the socket on the equipment to discharge the condensate water.
