Features of our powder filling packing machine of YS-312
1. With a touch screen and PLC control system, simple operation.
2. The film pulling mechanism is driven by a Servo motor with minimum tolerance.
3. After adjusting the position of the electric eye on the touch screen, the machine will locate the correct one after 1- 2 bags to save the packing film.
4. The main machine parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, so it ensures hygiene product output.
5. The sealing temperature uses the OMRON temperature control series from Japan, with high accuracy
6. The machine uses an Ultrasonic sealing type for the inner bag It can seal tightly
7. Functions can set up the number of bags and emergency stop etc features.
8. By Ultrasonic sealing type for the inner bag to save the space for the outer bag.
9. Automatic process from inner bag forming, filling, and sealing to outer bag sealing.
