Functions and Features:
G1WYF series of semi-automatic full pneumatic liquid filling machine with piston filler. Driven by a cylinder and product material connect parts use 304# stainless steel and food grade made of health materials and widely used. Installation and adjustment:
Confirm the signal valve position (by the hand wheel adj.⑫)
Open the air source (a sliding valve ⑬).
Put the working mode of the switch to “Semi-automatic”(⑮).
Adjust the throttle valve (⑧) to obtain a proper pumping speed and filling speed. To raise operating efficiency, the pumping speed of (⑧) can be faster and filling speed slower. (But too fast filling speed may result in material or gas bubble rushing out of the bottle and affect filling quality.).
Take measurement of the filling amount and adj. the filling amount to the set value.
Take down the values on the counter and the filling amount you set for convenience of the next setting. Begin formal filling.
After the operation becomes skillful, put the working mode to “auto”.
Suitable Materials:
This product is suitable for the filling of most pure liquids, and is not driven by electricity but by gas-driven machines, so it has an explosion-proof function and is suitable for explosive liquids.
