Machine equipped with different kinds of clamps which suit for all-plastic tubes/compounded tubes and fold metal tube’s bottom with two-layer ,three -layer or saddle shape ,it is easy to make different sized tubes with various shaped bottoms according to user’s requirement. We use a piston quantitative filling valve to control filling volume and the jet nozzle stretches into tubes in order to avoid material staining on tubes or affect sealing. Automatically detect tube direction upside , Omron inversion can accurately monitor upside down tube and No tube no filling sensor will machine work process exactly. Machine has alarms when error occurs and will be stopped automatically if the door open,or there is overloading.
