The FOWIT Self propelled stock picker is a vertical self-propelled platform suited for most stock picking applications. It is a revolutionary, mobile productivity tool that allows one person to safely and efficiently accomplish the work of two, traveling twice as fast as the average walking speed.

· It includes a 200 inch (5.1 meter) working height which is ideal for higher warehouse racking and store shelving.


· The stock pickers quick 3.36 mph (5.4km/h) driving speed and two hands control provides comfortable steering and excellent manoeuvrability for the operator.

· Its compact width 29.6 inch (750mm) and tight turning circle further allows the stock picker to access congested spaces, narrow aisles and doorways very easily.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

3. Safety And Productivity In Place Of Ladders                    

Built-in system of protection and control starts the moment the operators turns the key switch. Onboard Control  System coordinates a functional display screen, manages lift/lower operations and controls travel speeds, steering and braking.

The FOWIT's four point safety system provides enhanced operator control and safety.

• Interlocking gates must be closed to raise                                          

• Safety sensors below the platform disable raise, lower and travel if someone or something applies pressure to the motor cover located below the platform

• Hand sensors ensure the operator has both hands on the controls for normal travel and lift functions.                                                                                                  

• Dual foot pedals include sensors to ensure the operator has both feet properly positioned on the platform. The Wave automatically stops travel and lift/lower functions if either foot is removed.                                                                                             

4. Foto Pedals, which request operator to stand on right position, and also act as foot brake funciton, means if one foto do not stand on right position, machine can not working.

You Must Be Trained

A MOVING STOCK PICKER CAN BE DANGEROUS

You or others around you can be seriously injured or even killed if you are not careful or don’t know how to use this Stock Picker correctly.

Only trained and authorized operators are permitted to use this stock picker.

The program also includes watching the Training Video, reviewing the FOWIT Operator Manual of Responsibility, along with hands-on training and practice on the stock picker.

You must successfully demonstrate understanding of the material presented and be able to safely operate the stock picker before your training is completed.

MAKE SURE YOU ARE READY TO DRIVE

Don't use this stock picker unless you are trained and authorized.

Know how your stock picker works, and the hazards that go  with it. Don't drive the stock picker if you have any doubts.

Find the Data Label on the mast. Make certain you understand all the information on it. Such as: capacities,  total weight of stock picker, stock picker type and serial  number.

This stock picker may not be permitted in areas where there are fire hazards. Check with your supervisor.

Make sure your hands and shoes are clean and dry. Also make sure that your clothing is proper for the job.

MAKE SURE YOUR STOCK PICKER IS READY

Inspect your stock picker before using it. If it’s not working right, or something is broken, report the problem to your supervisor. Don’t use the stock picker.

In an open area, check all stock picker operations. Make certain everything is working right, especially before operating around other people.
