The doubleacting electric oil pump is composed of three-phase asynchronous motor, high-pressureoil pump and fuel tank. It has the advantages of small size, high pressure, light weight, simple structure and easy to use. This pump is equipped withpressure gauge so as to observe the pressure when the pump is working at anytime. So that users can observe the work of changes at any time.

The pump can beused for a variety of hydraulic equipments. If the pump is equipped with otherhydraulic tools, it can work on several assignments such as lifting, pressing, bending, straightening, cutting, assembly and disassembly. Reduce manual workand maximize work efficiency.

Before usingthis pump unit, check the oil tank of the pump, make sure there is enough oil inthe oil tank and higher than the oil-window.

1), Open theair-out screw before operating the pump.

2), Inspect theoil pressure by the gauge.

3), Change thehydraulic oil every 18 months; or the oil less than oil-window.

4), Filter theoil before changing the oil, #15 hydraulic oil is recommended.  

5), Handle thepump at 10-50℃.

6), Stop workingonce the motor is hotter and hotter to a higher temperature to protect thewhole pump system.

7), Keepreplacing the oil hose once any damage or aging, the standard rated pressure ofoil hose is 105MPa.

8), Inspect theoil hose on 87.5MPa (recommended).

9), Replace thebearing parts and lubricate them accordingly every 18 months.
