1. Check that the parts at the mouthof hydraulic crimper can freely move. Periodically check that all the pipes, axes, and screws are not damaged. Any damaged part must be replaced withoriginal part by the authorized technician.
2. After that, the hydraulic crimpershall be thoroughly cleaned. All the moving parts are greased only with premiumhydraulic oil or ball bearing oil.
3. The hydraulic crimper, which haveundergone 20000 crimping operations or have been used for two years, whicheveris earlier, must be maintained by the authorized repair shop or our company.
4. The hydraulic crimper are sent onlyafter hydraulic oil must be thoroughly drained from them.
