Hydraulic Quick Couplers

Hydraulic quick-connect couplings create a fluidtight seal to maintain pressure and allow equipment changes in fluid and gas transfer, tool assembly, diagnostics, and other tasks that require frequent swapping out of equipment. Couplings have two parts: a coupling body (socket or female end) and a coupling plug (male end) that connect hydraulic lines to tools or equipment. Coupling connection types include push-to-connect, pull-to-connect, threaded connections, and universal interchanges. Couplings control spills, air inclusion, and disconnects with special features such as flush-face designs, self-sealing poppet valves, single- or double-shutoff valves, and sleeves (automatic, manual, locking).
