The singleacting electric oil pump is composed of three-phase asynchronous motor, high-pressure oil pump and fuel tank. It has the advantages of small size, highpressure, light weight, simple structure and easy to use. This pump is equippedwith pressure gauge so as to observe the pressure when the pump is working atany time. So that users can observe the work of changes at any time.

The pump can beused for a variety of hydraulic equipments. If the pump is equipped with otherhydraulic tools, it can work on several assignments such as lifting, pressing, bending, straightening, cutting, assembly and disassembly. Reduce manual workand maximize work efficiency.

Before using this pump unit, check the oil tank of the pump, and make sure there is enough oil in the oil tank and higher than the oil window.

1), Open the theah-out screw before operating the pump.

2), Inspect the oil pressure by the gauge.

3), Change the hydraulic oil every 18 months; or the oil less than oil window.

4), Filter the oil before changing the oil, #15 hydraulic oil is recommended.  

5), Handle the pump at 50-122 ℉.

6), Stop workingonce the motor is hotter and hotter to a higher temperature to protect thewhole pump system.

7), Keepreplacing the oil hose once there is any damage or aging, the standard rated pressure ofoil hose is 105MPa.

8), Inspect theoil hose on 87.5MPa (recommended).

9), Replace thebearing parts and lubricate them accordingly every 18 months.
