General OperatingInstructions
1. All foodservice equipment should be operated by trained personnel.
2. Do not allowyour customers to come in contact with any surface labeled "CAUTION HOT."
3. Never pour coldwater into dry heated units.
4. Warm water inunit for 20-30 minutes before placing food in unit, bringing water to a boil.
5. Do not cook,warm or hold food directly in liner pan. Always use steamtable pans/insets,etc.
6. Never hold foodbelow 150 F.
General CleaningInstructions
1. NEVER clean anyelectrical unit by immersing it in water. Unplug unit before surface cleaning.
2. Use warm, soapywater, mild cleansers and plastic scouring pads. Unplug all units before
cleaning orservicing. All service should be performed by a qualified service agency. Donot use
chlorides orchloride based products in this unit. Chlorides, chloride based products andimproper
cleaning may causecorrosion and pitting.
3. Clean unitdaily. Use warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly to remove all residue.
