General information
General Installation
1. Always clean equipment thoroughly before first use.
2. Check rating label for your model designation &electrical rating.
3. Locate equipment on level counter and plug into a grounded outlet so that the plug is accessible
General Operating Instructions
1. All food service equipment should be operated by trained personnel.
2. Do not allow your customers to come in contact with any surface labeled "CAUTION H O T."
3. Never pour cold water into dry heated units.
4. Warm water in unit for 20-30 minutes before placing food in unit, bringing water to a boil.
5. Do not cook, warm or hold food directly in liner pan. Always use steam table pans/insets, etc.
6. Never hold food below 150 F.
General Cleaning Instructions
1. NEVER clean any electrical unit by immersing it in water. Unplug unit before surface cleaning.
2. Use warm, soapy water, mild cleansers and plastic scouring pads. Unplug all units before
cleaning or servicing. All service should be performed by a qualified service agency. Do not use
chlorides or chloride based products in this unit. Chlorides, chloride based products and improper
cleaning may cause corrosion and pitting.
3. Clean unit daily. Use warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly to remove all residue.
Failure to comply with these instructions may void warranty.
