JENDAH Baking Station Artisan Stone Deck Oven With 12 Pan Proofer Base

Combined with JENDAH deck ovens, the hybrid baking station can save space for workshops like five stars hotels or shopping mall baking booths. The vertical operation also makes bakers or chefs finish products nicely and easily. 

Complying with European Union safety standards, the luxury deck oven is more than baking foods well. Its external look is beautiful and attractive. The door uses a large window of tempered glass. This not only makes it easy to supervise the baking but also lets customers see the baking processes in the oven. This feature corrects the general deck oven's big box look and adds a distinct point to bakeries and restaurants.

The underbuilt proofer provides uniform proofing results with even flow system. They can precisely mix heat and humidity to produce exceptional results. The interiors and exteriors are constructed of stainless steel after years of heavy use. The control is easy to use and the ratio between heat and humidity levels can be adjusted independently to offer infinite possibilities for proofing every conceivable product.

The parts in the oven are built for a maximum service life. We use laser technology to cut out the oven doors to ensure the highest degree of precision, and then we mount them to a very stable fitting. The damping mechanism with compression springs gives the door a smooth action and the easy-to-grip handle, set at an angle to the oven, ensures convenient and safe handling.
