KC-528 Tire Changer  

Single left assist tower, is designed to perform, built to last. Three-stage locking, thick material, can be adjusted freely according to the size of the tire, easily cope with up to 24 inch tires and various modified tires.

Bead roller holds the sidewall of a tire down to assist in the completion of the tire installation.

Helper disc holds up the tire so it can be demounted.

Pull down the ball to unlock, the unique locking design makes the operation precise and fast. 

The left assist tower and the main tower are fixed by a three-point connection with thickened bent steel plates, increasing the stability of the fit between the left assist tower and the main tower.

The turntable adopts a 24-inch thickened plate, and the design of anti-scratch gaskets can ensure that the clamps run smoothly, durable and safe for a long time. And the clamps are made of high-strength carbon steel.

All aluminum cylinder is designed to reduce machine vibration and provide low-friction , the piston is made of high-density die-casting aluminum, extending the service life of cylinder.

The white steel mount/demount head has a longer service life. Upgraded mount/demount head makes the mounting and demounting of tires smoother without damaging the wheels.

Thickened rubber pad is used  to avoid the noise and wear caused by the collision between the bead breaker bracket and the cabinet when the bead breaker blade works.

The bead breaker bracket adopts a one-piece thickened integrated design, which has a greater compression strength to ensure that it will not be broken or deformed.The opening and closing angle of the bead breaker bracket has also been widened.

The bead breaker blade can be adjusted front, rear, left, and right. It uses a high-pressure quick-discharge cylinder, and the bead breaker blade adopts the design of convex on both sides and concave in the middle, which doubles the shoveling force of the tyre, and can easily and quickly press down various run-flat tires.

The use of aluminum alloy foot pedals with more complete functions and more durable materials makes it more convenient to use and maintain.

KC-9838 Wheel Balancer 

Completely self-developed and designed wheel balancer and software, customized functions and solutions according to customer requirements.

Upgraded laser-spot technology eliminates second-guessing and speeds up weight placements. Weight can be added at 6 o'clock by following the laser line, making operation easier.

Self-calibration at 12 o'clock on both sides makes the commissioning speed fast and convenient, and improves the assembly speed.

Automatic distance ruler. Pull out the distance ruler and wait for a few seconds, the control panel automatically displays the data.

The spindle, using 36mm rotating shaft, can be idling, and the accuracy is equally high for heavy tires.

Brightness adjustment of digital tube and LED can cope with various environments.

Automatic failure analysis to assist customers in accurately diagnosing problems and repairing machines when machine problems occur.

Software automatically calculates the minimum amount of weight needed to achieve optimal balance, saving valuable time and minimizes errors.
