Touchless Truck Tire Changer
With the BP585, tire irons and levers become a thing of the past. The unique reversible tool head effortlessly mounts and dismounts the most stubborn tires without ever making contact with the wheel. Ergonomic joystick control features with a precision actuator, allowing you to inch the bead hook or lifting tip into position for gentle handling of delicate alloy wheels.
Swing Arm Pressure Roller, Reduce the Operation Steps
Working order of other products: pressing upper tire --spindle turnover --moving down drag plate --spindle turnover --pressing lower tire. BP585 working order: pressure upper tire --lower tire pressure roller ----pressure lower tire. Improve working efficiency, about 30 seconds faster than the fixed tire pressure arm machine.
Two tire roller fixed positions are arranged below the drag plate. When the tire width is less than 425mm, use the upper fixed position. When the tire width is greater than 425mm, use the following fixed position. The two positions can be switched quickly.
Spindle Hydraulic Structure
Hydraulic claw clamp structure, suitable for different center hole rim. The minimum centre hole diameter is 120 mm.
The widest size of the claw slot is 34mm, and equipped with plastic protective sleeve, suitable for aluminum alloy rim and extra thick rim.

Stable Performance
Original high strength base, no distortion for Disassembly and assembly. The ordinary machine adopts flat pipe or i-shaped steel base structure, only two vertical bars, while the 585 adopts super-strong double-side pipe structure, which is equivalent to four reinforcing bars. The bending and twisting resistance is 2 times of the service life of the ordinary machine.
Super main structure, no distortion for disassembling and assembling tire. At the bottom of the column, there are extra stiffeners, which make the column stronger than any other products on the market, and the main shaft support has two more stiffeners to ensure that the main shaft does not swing laterally when the main shaft is stressed.
