1. This bead breaker is very well-liked for bead breaking of truck and agricultural tyres. The bead breaker can be used for 1, 2 and 3-pieced rims.
2. First the device hydraulically clamps on the rim, then a hydraulic stamp automatically pulls the tyre off the rim.
3. The stroke of this stamp rod is 9.5 cm.
4. For connecting a hydraulic pump simply remove the sealing plug of the hydraulic stamp. The matching thread size for the connection of the pump is 3/8".
5. 10,000 PSI air/hydraulic foot pump requires 100-150 PSI air pressure.

For connecting a hydraulic pump simply remove the sealing plug of the hydraulic stamp. The matching thread size for the connection of the pump is 3/8".
Connect the hydraulic pump (manual or air) to the bead breaker through the quick-couplers. If you use the air/hydraulic pump, you must connect it to a source of compressed air of 100-120 psi. (See separate manual of the air/hydraulic pump!) Test the beadbreaker before you attach it to the rim. Release all air from tire, remove cap and valve and the valve extension included. Verify that the tire is completely deflated
