100mm Diameter Lift Pneumatic Cylinder
The lift pneumatic cylinder uses a 100 mm diameter cylinder to increase the strength when pressing the tire. Using an 80mm diameter cylinder will not able to hold down partial run-flat tires.
All Aluminum Cylinder
The tilt-back pneumatic cylinder adopts a 100 mm diameter cylinder, making the tower tilts back without jams.
All aluminum cylinder is designed to reduce machine vibration and provide low-friction , the piston is made of high-density die-casting aluminum, extending the service life of cylinder.
Independent Storage Box
The left side is equipped with an independent multifunctional thickened storage box, easy to store commonly used tools.
Needle Bearing

24-inch Thickened Plate

Great Bead Breaker Structure
Thickened rubber pad is used to avoid the noise and wear caused by the collision between the bead breaker bracket and the cabinet when the bead breaker blade works.
The bead breaker bracket adopts a one-piece thickened integrated design, which has a greater compression strength to ensure that it will not be broken or deformed.The opening and closing angle of the bead breaker bracket has also been widened.
The bead breaker blade can be adjusted front, rear, left, and right. It uses a high-pressure quick-discharge cylinder, and the bead breaker blade adopts the design of convex on both sides and concave in the middle, which doubles the shoveling force of the tyre, and can easily and quickly press down various run-flat tires.
Aluminum Alloy Foot Pedal

Foot-controlled Tire Inflator
An easily accessed, pedal-activated tire inflator immediately starts inflating tires when the foot pedal is depressed. Operators can inflate tires without using their hands.
