Our ultra-low capacity nebulizer can be widely used in disinfection, sterilization, insecticidal, formaldehyde removal and other spraying work.
This product has many advantages such as accurate orientation, long range, good insecticidal effect, saving water and pesticide, spraying large fog
drops on the back of leaves and safe for operator. In addition, it only needs a little pesticide in air and dust disinfection, moreover, the fog drop
is small in diameter but large in quantity and it is well distributed and could float in the air a long time, which make the air and dust aredisinfected effectively. So the nebulizer is well-liked by users.
Operation Instruction:
1. Close the throttle valve and press the switch to the 0 (OFF) position. Unscrew the lid of chemicaltank and add a solution of less than 7 liters
according to the required ratio. Tighten the lid of the chemical tank.
2. Insert the power socket,unscrew the throttle valve to the appropriate position, lift the machine byhand or hang it on shoulder,hold the nozzle,
press the switch to l (ON) . The machine will spray; Warm remind you here. When stop use the machine, step1: you have to close the throttle valve first;
step 2: after 5 seconds, turn off the power, to avoid any drop of water fiow back, this point is very important to protect the motor. We have mentioned this in our instruction.
3. Turn the throttle valve to adjust the size of the fog and its amount of spray. Turn the throttle valve. Counter clockwise, the amount of fog becomes larger, and the fog particles become larger too. When the throttle valve is turned clockwise, the amount of fog becomes smaller, and the fog articles become smaller until the amount of fog is O, and the size of the fog is O.
4. After use.the throttle valve must be turned clockwise to prevent the liquid from flowing out.
5. When the lid of the chemical tank is tightly sealed, the amount of mist will become larger, and when the lid of the chemical tank is not completely sealed, the amount of mist will become smaller. In order to achieve high performance, be sure to tighten the lid.

Common faults and solutions:
No spray: firstly, check whether the equipment is sealed, especially the back lid, if not, seal it. Secondly, check whether the motor is running, if
not, check whether the power supply is powered, ifthere is no power, please turn on the power supply, while the power supply is normal, replace the
motor. Thirdly, if the above two items are all correct, check whether the flow switch is blocked, if it is, remove the flow switch and clean or replace it.
