The pure PU heat transfer vinyl which developed by our company is applied to heat transfer personalized images onto garments. This product is made of pure PU, does not include PVC or any Plasticizer which are harmful to environment, and it is totally avirulent and harmless to human bodies. Operation Instructions
◆Image Design
Design the Image and make the cutting line in the computer.
◆Cut
Choose the heat transfer vinyl with the right color you want, put it on the cutting plotter, and cut it in mirror mode.
◆Transferring
Preheat the heat press machine to 125-165℃.
Cut or peel off the part that you don’t need, and place the vinyl on the textile with the cut image facing downwards.
Heat press for 5-15 seconds, and then cool peel the PET film.
◆Washing
It’s best not to wash the textile in 24 hours after transferring.
Washing the textile in cold or warm water under 40℃.
Do not use strongly alkaline detergents or bleach. Avoid rubbing the transfer pattern when hand washing.
Do not wring. Line dry in shade recommended.
Do not dry-clean.
