1. Create your design 2. Cut with the gloss side facing DOWN and the duller back of the htv vinyl white facing up 3. Weed away the excess vinyl, leaving your design on the carrier sheet 4. Apply the design to your T-shirt with heat press at 305-320 for 10-15 seconds, if you use a home iron, press it with firm pressure 5. Peel the carrier sheet cold, if areas of design lift after application, do step 4 again
Tips
Do not use nylon,velvet,acrylic fabrics,leather,vinyl which will melt and ruin the material. Hand wash your fabric gently with mild detergent. Wait 24 hours after application to wash. Turn the article of clothing inside before you wash it. No bleach. We recommend you to perform a test prior.
Quickly and easily apply the white heat transfer vinyl to fabric using a hot iron or heat press; We recommend using on COTTON, POLYESTER, COTTON/POLYESTER BLENDS, LYCRA fabric for best performance. Improvement in quality
1. Ironing
- For best results, heat press is strongly recommended.
- The temperature of Irons varies a lot. Test a small piece of vinyl in a hidden spot of your garment to try your settings.
- For irons with steam outlets turn off steam and after first press moves iron once ¼˝ in any direction to offset outlets and press again to heat under steam outlets. If ironing, use flat hard heat-resistant surface covered with one layer of flat cotton fabric that means ironing board without padding.
- Preheat fabric before positioning your design. Preheat press or iron. Hold iron steady with very firm pressure for 10-15 seconds. Do not slide. For large designs press, several times heating each area as specified until the design is covered completely.
- Be sure to consistently apply pressure so the design is fully attached.
2. Washing
- Leave the garment for 24 hours before washing.
- The standard machine is washable. Wash garments inside out.
- Do not bleach.
- Dry at normal setting.
3. Cautions
- Iron-on vinyl recommend uses: cotton, polyester, cotton/polyester blends materials.
- Keep away from direct sunlight, hot and humidity for storage.
- Keep in mind that an old/ used blade may require higher cut settings than a brand-new blade.
