CT-250S desktop metallographic cutting machine is suitable for cutting samples of various metal and non-metal materials for metallography and petrography.

The machine runs stable, low noise, easy to operate and safe to use. It is one of the necessary equipments for metallographic sample preparation.This machine was composed of a cutting system, cooling system, lighting system and cleaning system, etc.

The left side of the machine is completely covered by a retractable shield. The front of the protective shield is equipped with a large shatterproof viewing window and also the cutting chamber equipped a high brightness lighting system which will enable the operator to control the cutting process at any time.

Manually cutting pull rod design makes cutting large sample very easy and comfortable. The machine adopts groove cast iron worktable design concept which can be more conducive to cut various abnormal shape samples.

The cooling system prevents the sample from burns during the cutting process. The machine has equipped with an individual cooling water tank and there is a filter in the water tank to collect residue and debris easily. Portal safety switch and explosion-proof shield ensure the safety of operators.
