4. Dual motor drive:
① Powder filling machine: stepper motor drives the screw to feed the powder material, geared motor drives the agitator blade to facilitate powder flow.
② Auger feeder: vibrating motor shake the hopper to let material enter the feeder pipe, feeding motor control screw rotation, feeding into the hopper of a powder filling machine
5. Semi-automatic models include two inter-changeable filling modes, fill by sensor or fill by time.
6. Max. filling rang is 10 – 5000 grams. The machine comes with a set of screw and filling nozzle which is suitable for 100 – 2500 grams filing. And there are two other sets of screw and filling nozzle available, which are suitable for 10 – 100 grams and 2500 – 5000 grams filling. If you need, just contact the customer service for help.
