Acid Corrosive Storage Cabinets are designed for the safety storage of acid liquid. These highly visible and durable blue  powder-coated cabinets features a  "Acid" warning on the front doors.Acid Corrosive Storage  cabinets, 2 gallons to 90 Gallon capacity, are available based on the ultimate size of the cabinet selected.

All models have the same quality features found in DR SAFE's flammable cabinets including double-wall, 16-gauge (1.2mm) welded steel construction, 2"  (50mm)  liquid- tight  containment  sump , dual vents, adjustable shelves, three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors with paddle handle lock.

 All interior and exterior surfaces, including shelves, are finished with industry standard blue powder coating.  350 to 500 lb. capacity.  Acid Corrosive Storage Cabinets available in Manual Close Doors that will not close automatically and Self Close Doors that automatically close only when fusible link melts at 165°F.  Self Close Acid Corrosive Storage  cabinets feature self-indexing doors that close in sequence to ensure tight closure and a recessed self-close mechanism that allows access to top shelf. 

Acid Corrosive models have a blue powder coat finish and meet or exceed NFPA and OSHA requirements.

Not recommended for use with Sulfuric, Nitric or Hydrochloric acids. 

1. All Welded, Double Walled Construction, 16 gauge (1.2mm) Steel  Safety Cabinets reinforced with channel frame all around, base with 20 gauge(2.0mm) add strength.

2. Meet or exceed the NFPA Corrosive Liquid Storage Code #30 and the OSHA standard   for storage of class 8 liquids.

3. Double walled steel has 1-1/2" (38-mm)insulating air space.

4. Dual 2" vents with built-in flash arresters strategically placed at bottom and opposite top, can connect to an exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures. 

5. Build-in grounding connector (on outside side panel) for easy grounding.

6. Galvanized steel shelves are adjustable on 2.2'' (55mm) space for versatile storage.

7. 2'' (50mm) leak-proof sump to contain spills.

8. Continuous piano hinge doors to open 180 degree.

9. Flush paddle handle on door engages the stainless steel 3-point locking system. Zinc lever lock. Two keys lock .

10.  Include  polypropylene work tray on each shelf and sump base  trays to help contain small spills and provide extra corrosion protection.
