Features of a High-Quality Fume Hood design

  • The inner lining and baffle plate adopt 5mm thick solid core anti-bite board with good corrosion and chemical resistance.
  • The fixing parts of the baffle plate are made of high-quality PP material and integrated molding.
  • The movable window glass is wrapped by PP clamping strips on both sides, and the handle is integrated with PP. It is embedded with 5mm tempered glass and can be freely lifted and lowered.
  • The sliding device on the sliding door adopts a pulley wire rope structure, allowing for unlimited stops. The guide device of the sliding door is made of anti-corrosion polyvinyl chloride material.
  • The fixed window frame is made of steel plate and coated with epoxy resin. The inner frame is embedded with 5mm thick tempered glass.

Features of the Durable and Corrosion-Resistant Countertop

  • The countertop is made of 12.7mm thick solid core physicochemical board that is acid and alkali resistant, impact resistant, corrosion resistant, and meets E1 level standards for formaldehyde content.
  • All internal connecting devices in the connection part must be hidden and corrosion-resistant, without exposed screws. External connecting devices are made of stainless steel parts and non-metal materials that are resistant to chemical corrosion.
  • The exhaust outlet adopts a gas collecting hood that is integrated with the top board, and the diameter of the exhaust vent is 250mm round hole with a sleeve connection, which reduces gas disturbance.

The single-port water faucet is constructed with brass and is installed on the countertop inside the fume hood. (Water is an optional item, the default is a tabletop single-port water faucet.   • The circuit control panel features an LCD display panel that is freely adjustable and can be adapted to similar products in the market. Quick opening of the electric air valve is supported within 6 seconds. The panel comprises 8 buttons including power, settings, confirmation, lighting, standby, fan, air valve+, and -.
  • The LED white light lamp is a fast start-up type and has a long service life. The lamp is installed on the top of the fume hood for efficient lighting.
  • The power outlet has four multifunctional five-hole sockets that enable multiple devices to be used at the same time. Wiring consists of Chint 2.5 square copper core wire ensuring high efficiency and safety.
