Product Description
Assistant Arm
Attached the left and right mechanical assistant arm makes tire demounting more easily at work . It helps as well when you use the lifting bar. At the left assistant arm, we install the central pressing seat.
Turntable
We use 0.59 inches thicker steel plate with the turntable which has a length of opposite corner is 27.95 inches. By setting the clamping jaw can mount or demount various tire wheel with Min. inside clamping 11 inches and Max. outside clamping 26 inches. With Nylon cover and jaw cover, it reduces the scratch between alloy rim and steel turntable, meanwhile it can slow down attack, extending machine life span.
Breaker Arm
One-time formed arm which has a better strength than welded arm. The breaker head can be adjusted by two gear selection which can meet the requirement of different tire wheels. As to the breaker protective pad, we use the thicker one that can be used for longer time.
Mount Demount Head
Tapered hole head is used with the machine 8050 which has better structure and connection. It will keep its place still during working. The material of head is fined alloy steel that can be used for long time without any out-of-shape or broken. The proper radius of head makes the mounting easily and timely.
Bead Breaker Cylinder
Single-air cylinder is selected with machine. It can release the air freely due to going back by spring. So there is a high efficiency and powerful.
Lifting Bar
Professional lifting bar is matched with the machine 8050. The bar is designed with radius which fits the mount head. By the feature of lower fulcrum which effects labour saving.
Fine Grinding Spindle
The spindle thread diameter is 1.57 ", which is stable. The surface is finely ground with high precision and accurate detection.
Spindle Size
The extended spindle is adopted, with larger spacing, which is suitable for multiple tire detection and has higher compatibility.
Display Interface
The machine cover is made of solid and durable plastic injection process, with dual digital large window display, and supports multiple mode switching detection.
Hanger Place
It provides multiple hanging positions and tire width .
