Automatic Mount Demount Head
The automatic mount demount head is equipped with 8088 tire changer, saving time and manpower by using without lifting bar out. When it comes to the run-flat tire, it is very easily to do the work of mounting and demounting especially.
Three-point Pressing
It is easily to disassemble the flat-run or flat tire over 19 inches based on the structure of three-point. There is a higher efficiency than two-point pressing.
Center Positioned Pressing
The assistant arm with center positioned pressing, totally helping clamping jaw to hold the tire closely between tire and rim.
Bead Breaker Cylinder
Diameter 7 7/8" (200mm) aluminium alloy cylinder is adopted with tire changer machine. Compared with 7 21/64" (186mm) cylinder, it has more power. The aluminium alloy cylinder has the better steadily in anti-rusty than steel one, as a result of reducing maintenance cost.
Breaker Arm
One-time formed arm which has a better strength than welded arm. The breaker head can be adjusted by two gear selection which can meet the requirement of different tire wheels. The cylinder rod is equipped 2-gear adjustment for easier operation and more adaptable performance.
Turntable
We use 19/32" (15mm) thicker steel plate with the turntable which has a length of opposite corner is 27.95 inches. By setting the clamping jaw can mount or demount various tire wheel with Min. inside clamping 11 inches and Max. outside clamping 26 inches. With Nylon cover and jaw cover, it reduces the scratch between alloy rim and steel turntable, meanwhile it can slow down attack, extending machine life span.
Pressure Guage
8085 tire changer uses digital display with bold typeface.The function is outgassing, inflation and pressure testing. It is very convenient to shift the different pressure unit.
Water and Oil Regulation
Tyre changer 8085 uses alloy water and oil regulator which has a pressure capacity up to 232 psi (16 bar). Gauged precisely and regulated well totally meet the requirement of daily work.
Fine Grinding Spindle
Infrared auxiliary function is added under P520 spindle to automatically measure a value (distance between tire and chassis) and d value (rim diameter) with full-automatic ruler.
Spindle Size
The extended spindle is adopted, with larger spacing, which is suitable for multiple tire detection and has higher compatibility. The spindle thread diameter is 1.57 "(40 mm), which is stable. Surface finish grinding, high precision and accurate detection.
Display Interface
The wheel balancer machine cover is made of solid and durable plastic injection process, with dual digital large window display, and supports multiple mode switching detection.
Hanger Position
P520 wheel balancer provides multiple hanging positions and tire width .
