Inspection Procedure
- Overall dimensions inspection according to acceptance criteria. No crack and defect, the marks of specification , supporting capacity and material on the surface should be clear.
- Test with thread ring gauge. Precision grade 6g(0.21OZ)
- Thread axis vertical to bearing surface, rotating the gauge to the screw root, if it's of seamless joint with bearing surface, then vertical qualified.
- Qualified hoist ring must offer the certificate or detailed examining report in written form, and keep in the archives.
