SHIPPING YOUR ORDER:  We do our best to ship your in stock order as soon as possible, usually the same or next business day.  In most cases it will be shipped the same day. Freight shipments (over 120 lbs) typically arrive in 3-5 business days. Ground shipments typically arrive in 2-3 working days.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: We offer combined shipping cost.  The total shipping cost will be estimated on our website and also will display in your cart during checkout. Shipping rates for truck freight orders to Canada will also display during checkout on www.boltontool.com and are also available by phone at 1-800-471-4070.

Truck drivers are not allowed to help with unloading. The freight companies only provide curbside delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.  Your location must be accessible to a tractor-trailer, or they may not be able to deliver your shipment. Some freight companies charge a "limited access" delivery fee, which will be added to your invoice if applicable. We  often recommend you to pick up at the freight terminal if you can.

We can offer Iiftgate service for a $75 fee.

SHIPPING DAMAGE: When you take delivery of your shipment it is imperative that you inspect and note any damage that might have occurred in transit. Any damage to the shipment MUST be noted on the delivery receipt (POD). This will help us to make a claim for any damage that may have occurred in transit. Without this documentation it is very very difficult to make a successful claim. If there is shipping damage and you have noted it on the delivery receipt (POD), you can e-mail us at info@boltontool.com, call Customer Service at 877-888-5910.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S. AND CANADA: Most items will be shipped via USPS, but some will be shipped via UPS. If an order is shipped UPS, you will be responsible for broker fees and taxes.
